Wedding Video Terms

1.          A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking, and is non refundable.  The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding.

2.          A cancellation is only acceptable in writing. The full outstanding balance is payable if a cancellation is received less than 14 days before the wedding.

3.          The conductor of service (Minister / Registrar), and venue(s) must agree to an audio / visual recording being made.  We can not be held responsible if refused entry to a wedding service with our recording equipment.  It is the sole responsibility of the wedding organiser to obtain filming permission.

4.          Although we will endeavour to make our recording from the most suitable location, some venues have strict regulations regarding a camera operator’s position.  We can not be held responsible if the venue only allows recordings to be made from a specific location, and we must follow all the rules and conditions specified by the venue / conductor of service.

5.          All wedding guests must be informed that an audio / visual recording will be made.  For under 16s, parental consent must be obtained.  This is due to current legislation preventing individuals being recorded without their permission.

6.          In the absolute extreme improbability that we are unable to complete the booking for reasons beyond our control, an alternative videographer will be arranged by us.

7.          Videonet Productions will hold the sole copyright privileges to the recording.  The DVDs provided are protected by copyright law, and any copying or reproduction in part or in whole is strictly forbidden without written consent from us.  There is no restriction to the number of copies you order from us.

8.          For package 3 & our ultimate package, a meal must be provided for our videographer.  Most venues are familiar with this, and are happy to make provisions for photographers / videographers behind the scenes (i.e. Bar area / back room), but this should still be cleared with the venue.  This also applies to package 2 when the speeches and / or cake cutting is after the wedding breakfast.
